They whisked me to my floor in moments. the room's climate control was effective, keeping everything comfortable. i found the blackout curtains particularly useful for a restful sleep. also, the shower had great water pressure!!!

the room had excellent views of the city and the sea beyond i appreciated the level lounge, it featured a good selection of snacks and drinks i would consider staying here again. the room was comfortable with a large bed.
the spa was like a waste of money steam room was not working and the jacuzzi was cold i paid a lot for it. it was small therefore uncomfortable when busy.

it was easy to get to the nearby attractions. the room (i had a melia room) had comfortable bedding and climate control. the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit options.
i waited longer than expected on a couple of occasions. this made getting to the sky bar a bit inconvenient at times.

The staff were very attentive. They promptly addressed my inquiries. i found the concierge particularly helpful with directions. requests were handled quickly and efficiently (i needed an extra pillow).
